Helpful Tips:
1- When drinking spring water that is charged with the magnetite we have found it beneficial to increase your calcium/magnesium intake.
2- We have noticed spring or well water takes a charge the very best. Distilled or Reverse Osmosis or tap water does not seem to be as effective.
3- Setting your magnetite in full sunlight for at least one day in every month or two seems to keep your magnetite at its fullest charging potential. The magnetic field of the earth combined with the power of the Sun is very powerful. Also, if your charging units do not have lids and the magnetite is exposed, you can put them in a protected area that gets direct sunlight and this should help. Keep your charging devices on the ground or as near as possible.
4- Charged water seems to speed up the delivery of whatever you take it with - so use caution if taking medications or other supplements.
